Abstract

The implementation of e-government in the government of Kabupaten Malang can be supported by utilizing internet media in every government activity. This study aims to measure and test the variables and indicators that affect the quality of the website www.malangkab.go.id, which the government of Kabupaten Malang owns. The research model adopts the research model of DeLone and Mclean. This study uses a questionnaire that was compiled to determine the cause and effect of the factors between Service Quality, Information Quality, and Website Quality on User Satisfaction. Respondents used in this study were 81 respondents who have qualifications as local device website operators in Kabupaten Malang. Validity tests and reliability tests were conducted to obtain valid and reliable data. The results showed that the quality of the website has a significant effect on user satisfaction. The quality of information has a significant influence on user satisfaction, service quality has a significant influence on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a significant influence on the performance of the government of Kabupaten Malang.
