Kustomisasi Odoo 16 Community Edition untuk Proses Pengadaan Barang Berbasis Evaluasi ISO 9241-11

Abstract

In the digital era, companies are required to apply information technology to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. One of the common challenges in the procurement process, which involves multiple departments, is the inefficiency in data recording and verification. This can lead to budget overruns and potential price manipulation. This study aims to implement and customize an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, namely Odoo 16 Community Edition, to align with the specific needs of the company's procurement process. The customization focuses on the Procurement Process module and is evaluated based on usability aspects according to the ISO 9241-11 standard, which includes effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with users directly involved in the procurement activities. The evaluation results show that the customized system enhances efficiency and transparency in the procurement process. This study is expected to contribute to the existing literature on ERP implementation, particularly in the traditional herbal medicine industry, and serve as a reference for other companies considering the adoption of Odoo 16 to improve their operational efficiency.
